About Me

Hello! My name is Grayson Newbourn and I’m an editor and journalist based in both Columbus and Chicago. I served as the Managing Editor of Arts & Life for Ohio State’s independent student newspaper, The Lantern, representing a student body of nearly 70,000. I also served as the paper’s interim Social Media Editor for over the spring 2026 semester, creating and scheduling multiple posts a day across platforms and tending to a follower base of more than 120,000.

In my free time, I love to catch a showing at the movie theater, enjoy a concert, play video games with my friends and hang out with my cat Juno.
